Meet The CEO

My name is Evelyn "Evie" Deloney, I am a Nationally Certified Phlebotomist Technician by the National Phlebotomy Association.  In my 20+ year career as a Phlebotomist, I have dedicated 17 years to pediatric phlebotomy.  Working closely with my patients, I have recognized the challenges families face in this process.  After encountering patients and families being sent from various labs, clinics, and doctor offices that had experienced multiple unsuccessful venous blood draw attempts, which oftentimes resulted in trauma and extreme anxiety.  I inspired compassion for children, founded and established Pediatric Phlebotomy Enhanced in 2019.  My passion is to serve as a strong advocate for children of all ages and their families.
